National Day for Truth and Reconciliation | Guided Tour
Explore the Diefenbunker on a guided tour, with a special look at Indigenous Cold War history.
Our museum’s Curator will take you on a tour through the Diefenbunker, including stops at the land acknowledgement stone outside the museum and in our exhibitions An Inuit Story: The DEW Line(opens in new tab) and Canada and the Cold War(opens in new tab). These two exhibitions highlight Indigenous, particularly Inuit, perspectives from the Cold War. You’ll also see historic rooms of the Diefenbunker like the War Cabinet Room and the Bank of Canada Vault.

Tours last approximately one hour.
Tickets: FREE with general admission.
Tickets must be reserved in advance, as there are limited spots available.
