This holiday season, show your support for the Diefenbunker

The Diefenbunker tells the story of Canada's preparedness and extraordinary efforts to safeguard our way of life in the face of a nuclear catastrophe. We find ourselves in this context — located in one of the most unique educational sites in Canada, offering a one-of-a-kind experiential learning environment, 75 ft underground.

School groups can immerse themselves in our museum tours and take part in interactive educational programs. From creating Cold War-era art to role-playing War Cabinet in an emergency scenario, the Diefenbunker offers a wide range of educational programs that allow youth to experience the complexities of the Cold War first-hand and to see how it affects our lives today.

Our programs are linked to the curricula of history, science, language arts, and visual arts, and offer meaningful and relevant learning opportunities for elementary and secondary students.

We're thankful for the generous donors who support the museum.

Your contributions give us the funding needed for the design and facilitation of these educational programs, and for our many other education and preservation efforts as Canada's Cold War Museum.

You will receive an automatic tax receipt for your donation.
