Participate in a hands-on\, educational workshop where you’ll assemble a traditional Indigenous craft — a medicine bag — while learning about its history and significance. As you craft\, topics like truth and reconciliation and cultural appropriation vs. appreciation will be introduced\, in an open environment to ask questions. \nThis event is in collaboration with Makatew Workshops. Participate in these historic activities\, with a modern twist — snow sculpting\, snow painting\, or traversing the snowy trails of the scenic bunker hillside. Warm up indoors with free hot chocolate or by exploring a temporary exhibit highlighting the traditions of the Winter Carnival through stories\, videos\, and artifacts. \nOutdoor activities are free. Pierre has toured his productions across Canada and abroad to Ireland and New Zealand\, and he has also worked extensively in film\, television\, and radio. \nPeter Haworth has performed for forty years throughout Canada\, acting on stage\, in film and television\, and as a voice actor\, including taking on major roles as King Lear\, Mark Antony\, and Tolstoy. Pierre has toured his productions across Canada and abroad to Ireland and New Zealand\, and he has also worked extensively in film\, television\, and radio. \nPeter Haworth has performed for forty years throughout Canada\, acting on stage\, in film and television\, and as a voice actor\, including taking on major roles as King Lear\, Mark Antony\, and Tolstoy.
