Volunteer Recognition Awards 2010

We are seeking nominations for the following awards:

1) Professional Contribution Award - presented to a volunteer whose professional services maintain or enhance the operations or the Diefenbunker;
2) Sustainability Champion Award - presented to a volunteer who contributes to the sustainable health of the organization through committees, assistance with events, fundraising, etc;
3) Volunteer Interpreter Award - presented to a volunteer guide who has shown dedication and excellence, and;
4) Lifetime Achievement Award - presented to a volunteer who has provided long term value to the Museum.

Awards will be presented at the Diefenbunker's Annual General Meeting in May.

Eligibility
Eligible nominees include all active volunteers who are non-paid staff or administrators at all levels.

All nominations are to be completed by April 23, 2010 at 4:30pm. Completed forms can be submitted to Christin McGuire, Education and Volunteer Manager, by fax at 613-839-3725, email to c.mcguire@diefenbunker.ca, or can be left in a sealed envelope in Christine's's mailbox at the Museum. Additional forms are available below or outside Christine's office.

Nominations will be reviewed by the Volunteer Recognition Committee and the Board of Directors prior to the Annual General Meeting in May.
